Victoria Sponge Cake

flour
1/2 cup
almond meal
1/4 cup
butter
1/2 cup
eggs

salt
a pinch
baking powder
1 tspn
vanilla essence
1/2 tspn
castor sugar

作り方

sift the flour and add the almond meal to it along with the salt and baking powder.

cream the butter and sugar

add the two eggs one by one followed by the vanolla essence

fold the flour mixture slowly in the wet mixture

bake it at 180 degrees for 30min

cool the cake on the rack and cut it half through the middle. spread your favourite jam and the cake is ready to serve.
ポイント

you can add 2-3 tablespoons of oil if the mixture turns out too thick.
