Savory bread pudding

- Mix eggs and milk together. Season well with salt and pepper.

- Cut bread and put in to the ramekin. Set aside.

- Pour in the wet mixture. Let it soak into the bread for 5 mins. In the meantime, preheat you oven at 175c.
- 4
- Top with grated parmesan cheese, bake in the oven for 15 mins.

You can use microwave instead.
