Boiled yolk

Raw egg yolk

作り方

Peel carrots and potatoes and rinse them. Boil the chicken breast, carrots, potatoes.

After boiling them, take them out of the water and let them cool down. After cooling down, cut everything (chicken, carrots, potatoes, pickled cucumber) in small pieces.

After cutting, mix it with the corn, peas, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. After mixing everything, we can put it on plate and decorate it.

Mayonnaise:
Boil 5-6eggs and take out the yolk. Crush the boiled yolk and mix with 1 raw yolk, 1 tbsp mustard and oil(put little by little and mix gently.
