To: MangoPudding original recipe recipe uses large chicken and takes about 1 hr to bake,the skin becomes quite salty and has to be removed.I use spring chicken and takes 25 mins,and it's alright,the crust will dry up and can be removed easily,but still have to take care to brush away the salt.

Great job! it's a brilliant idea to enhance the flavor with herbs 👍 I think I would also garnish it with parsley or cilantro when serving the dish 😊

To: MangoPudding actually is the fennel seeds that I used,mixed with the salt and makes this incredibly aromatic,I also used parsley to stuff into the chicken.I just love these spices and herbs,great for garnished too!
