Graze potatoes and leave it for 10min and throw juice well. Squeeze them. Graze (or finely chop)onion and put into potatoes. Add egg and salt then mix well.

Put oil on frying pan and add potato mixture make round shape. Fry it until golden brown for 2min. Then turn do the same.

When it’s done keep it on kitchen towel little bit. Serve hot with sour cream.
