- Graze potatoes and leave it for 10min and throw juice well. Squeeze them. Graze (or finely chop)onion and put into potatoes. Add egg and salt then mix well.

- Put oil on frying pan and add potato mixture make round shape. Fry it until golden brown for 2min. Then turn do the same.
- 3
- When it’s done keep it on kitchen towel little bit. Serve hot with sour cream.
