In a medium bowl dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water let stand until proof about 10 minutes

Stir in flour, salt and oil. Beat until smooth. Let rest about 5 minutes

Turn out on a lightly floured surface and pat or roll into shape of pizza, transfer to a lightly greased pizza pan or use parchment paper. Spread desired toppings and cook in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes
