It's like a feeling of deja vu...I actually had a dream what I bake fougasse week ago.
I had been craving to eat fougasse since then! Also looking at this remind me you were in Kyoto. that memory is very dear to me. Anyway,Yours reached perfection in spite of first try😱👏🏻🎉Beautiful baking color! Seems like fermentation time went well! what kind of yeast did you use? I think you can manage natural yeast too.why don't you grow natural yeast for next step.

Actually this is my second time.My first one was made with natural yeast,it tasted good but photo didn't come out good,so I didn't post.This one is made with dry yeast instead,luckily everything went right this time,photography also ok.I don't know how to sell photos,but seriously,you think some one would but this,really not too special....
