Marinade Chicken thighs in Srirachi sauce, Olive Oil for at least 2 hours or overnight. Bake or grill till tender.
Fry some button mushrooms in a pan with shallots & garlic till almost cooked...add fresh beans cook for a further 3 minutes then add cherry tomatoes some cracked pepper and salt and cook for 1 more minute.
serve with some oilve oil & balsamic dressing with crushed walnuts.
