銀魚蒸肉餅

Steam pork patty with dried anchovy.Very traditional Cantonese family dish,I don't know why,but once for a while I crave for something like this...

我最喜歡蒸肉餅，清爽又好吃，很適合夏天，銀魚跟肉餅一起蒸好特別，看起來也美味😋

My mum's dish!And mostly done at homes rather then restaurants,so I guess it's not easy for you to see.I have to eat this often when I was a child,I didn't care for this much,after all it a very adult taste,but once for a while now,I find myself wanting to eat this kind of thing!

我也是小時候父親常做鹹魚肉餅、梅菜肉餅給我們吃，當時不太愛這類的菜，沒想到長大後才懂得欣賞這美味😄

Me too,believe it or not,I eat,but only started to learn making Chinese dishes just recently.This is very traditional but more of a family dish,my mum makes this a lot.These dried fish is a bit similar to ちりめんじゃこ,so may be you could imagine the taste.Have to say thank you for the resnaps too!
