Wash n rub the chicken with sea salt, rinse it and dry it with kitchen paper

Marinate inside n outside the chicken with : five spices, light soy sauce, honey, cooking wine, white pepper, salt, sesame oil.

Crushed the garlics, slices of ginger, few stalks of spring onion tie a knot and put into the chicken

Marinate overnight in the refrigerator

Bake it at 190 Celsius 30 - 45 minutes take it out. Brush it with (honey + butter) continue bake to 15 minutes brush it n continue bake 15 minutes till done
