let's cook the chicken. in the same pan, melt a knob of butter over medium heat, gently place in the chicken. tilt the pan and bathe the liquid over the chicken. once the chicken start to brown, about 3-4 mins, flip and let cook for about 3-4 mins. remove from heat and dice up

cook the noodles as the given instructions on the packaging. in a bowl, add in egg, black pepper, salt and cayenne. whisk to combine. add in the noodles and combine well

in a frying pan, melt a knob of butter over low heat. add in the noodles and coax it to fill the pan, like a circle. once the bottom start to brown, carefully flip over. brush in the marinade, top with mushrooms, chicken, green onions and gruyere. cover the pan so the cheese will melt
