一口チース入りの逆ロールキャベツserved with柚味噌

I did this interesting inside out cabbage roll last year,original recipe come from ZC San.This time I made them into bite size,and served with 京八百三柚味噌,a gift from Yukari.It's so deIicious,I just can't get enough of all these artisanal and traditional food from old shops in Kyoto,thanks so much again
Also my thanks go to ZC San,since she doesn't come here anymore,I don't want to bother her,but I always appreciate all the great recipes she had provided!

I was so in love of this when I first saw the post too,I think ZC San learned it on TV from 落合chef,it's the same ingredients but very different style,it really works for me,but I tried it in bite size this time,which is more convenient to eat.Cabbage is poached first then wrap around the cheese(on t
the side too,so it won't come out when it melts!),then thin slice of pork is wrap around the cabbage,then sauté,really simple!it could go with many sauces,please try!

add,The Kyoto people are brings this 柚 jar to 八百三, then Shop stuff gives 柚味噌 into this jar.

Yep,made this last year but this time in bite size and totally works,I also served with miso last time,but this time I have a special yuzu one,it's so delicious,thanks.I surely
will try it with other things.Needless to say I love the container too,though I couldn't bring it back to Kyoto and get refill,but I will definitely save it for other stuff!And I am sure you know ZC San,she is the one who made apple butter,she has left us many good things!

Pumpkin cutting skill adopted from our culinary queen Yakari,but she probably doesn't recognize and say 'that doesn't look a bit like mine!'😰,haha,I think she is actually too polite to do that.But I have to admit it's easier to eat!It's great to have her,she really knows what I like
