Promised 0987hiropon San to try out this recipe,followed her instruction and used chicken,dried shitake,and chicken stock,I also added ginger and fish sauce with makes it different from the Cantonese version ,absolutely love this,thank you,0987hiropon San,you are a real expert on Vietnamese cuisine!

To: PraePlanet yes,love clay pot dishes,especially in winter time,I couldn't resist buying any good looking earthen cookware too .It'll be interesting to see some Thai clay pot dishes,I had very memorable ones in Bangkok,that one with duck feet and noodle is my favourite !
