Pork Stuffed With Prunes🇻🇪

Pork (tender loin)
1kg
Pitted prunes
15pc
Lemon

Veg oil
3/4cup
Onion, chopped

Consommé
1 1/2cups
Salt and pepper
To taste
Marinade: Grazed onion
1/3cup
Pressed garlic
2cloves
Worcestershire sauce
1tbs
Crashed laurel leaf
1pc
Oregano
1/2tsp
Black pepper
1/2tsp
Salt

Make marinade by mixing the juice of onion, garlic, laurel leaf, oregano, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and rub with the marinade the pork loin and see aside for 2 or 3 hours. Or overnight.

Eliminate the excessive marinade and filled the pork loin with prunes.

In a pot, pour the consommé, add the pork and take it to a boil for three min. Remove the pork from the pan in a frying pan add the frying oil, and add the pork and brown it on each side until golden.
Then put aside.

In the same pan sauté the onions till tender, add the broth, plums, pork and cook for 30min.

Transfer sauce to blender and process until smooth. Bring it again to the pan and cook three to five min till it thicken. Adjust salt and pepper.

Cut the loin into slices and serve them with the prune sauce.
