This one needs no introduction,just the first time with my own baguette.

オニオングラタンスープ、根気がいるスープですよね。そのぶん美味しいんですよね〜♡
なかなか家では作りません。温まりそうで素敵です

You are right,probably one of the first French soup everyone learns to make,it takes patience,around 45mins next to the stove,but I could always work on something else in the kitchen.But it uses very few ingredients and easy to make,and the result is so rewarding.Please try it
too,it will need more onions than you think!

little tip for you try freeze sliced onion ! it will become more brown easily and it will be more sweet
