I think it is a good combination. I have seen unagi and ゴーヤ stir fried with egg in traditional Japanese cuisine, so this is not exactly new. I just want to make it more interesting using ゴーヤ as a gratin vessel.

About this,I got this idea when reading a magazine,but original recipe uses sour cream, but I forgot to buy, so I made up a bechamel myself. It worked fine for me. But my oven doesn't brown things well,so I left it in for a little too lo
long,and ゴーヤ went collapse a bit.Eggplant matches unagi well I think,but might be to soft to hold everything in,but please try anyway,you always have better skill than me!Me too,I love this sancho power,with unagi they are best pal!But I have too few dishes that I could it,really need to look for so
