I think it is a good combination. I have seen unagi and ゴーヤ stir fried with egg in traditional Japanese cuisine, so this is not exactly new. I just want to make it more interesting using ゴーヤ as a gratin vessel.

The taste seems like complete harmony with western and Wafu.
I've never tried eel cooked with bechamel, I'm very interested in this dish! I'll try with slightly different ingredients(maybe egg plant)
