Simple Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookies

材料・調味料

Caster sugar: 1/2 cup

Palm sugar: 1/4 cup

Unsalted room temp butter: 1 1/2 cups

Room temp margarine: 1/4 cup

All purpose flour: 3 cups

Baking soda: 1 teaspoon

Dark chocolate chips: 1 cup

Salt: Pinch

作り方

1: Mix the butter, margarine, salt and sugars untill creamy

2: Pour in the flour and baking soda into the butter and sugar mixture little by little, mix them with spatula.

After half of the flour is poured, pour in the chocolate chips, then mix the rest of the flour together

3: Pre heat the oven to 180 celcius.

Line your dough with a table spoon, and keep distance for each dough, because it'll spread.

Bake for 13-15 minutes

ポイント

This is an eggless recipe for those who have egg allergies, we change the moisture from egg to margarine, you can also use honey, but i like the margarine better, you can also put anything you want in this cookie recipe i usually put marshmallow, nuts and tiny pretzels just for variation :)
