Craving for this dish for a long time,the only thing that stops me from making this is the time I need to spend in the kitchen,took me 3 hours tonight......
Very interesting how you mix all these together. I personally don't like gnocci but I change my mind this time.

To: yuiwatchcat gnocchi is great if done right,light and fluffy and has to taste like potato,things like choice and handling of the potato would affect the end result a great deal.The most important thing is to cook out the water from the potato so you don't have to add too much flour in.But having
said that,I still prefer pasta just a little better.

To: Bluefish thank you,I love this too,a good alternative from the usual beef.I used duck leg,debone and mince them,and braised with chopped onion,carrot,celery,red wine,juniper berries,bay leaves,procedure very similar to a bolognese sauce.
