Sticky rice with sweet corn

- Wash sticky rice.
- 2
- Put sticky rice in saucepan and add water. Put to boil until sticky rice gets soft (add water if needed).

- Slice boiled sweet corn then put aside.
- 4
- Put coconut milk in a saucepan, put to boil, add a bit of salt then put aside.
- 5
- After sticky rice is soft, gradually add sugar. Then add sliced sweet corn.
- 6
- Topping with coconut milk before serve.
ポイント
Coconut milk is for topping only. Powder coconut milk might be more convenience and easier to preserve the rest if the whole pack cannot be used up.
