Yes, it's 四つ葉's fermented butter in an oval tub. I find the taste weirder than cheese(I love cheese by the way). Maybe it's only me who don't like this. I prefer Lurpak butter.
Oh 😂! I'm sorry to recommend that to you. I wish I could give you other fermented butter which have good reputation. The butter from 小岩井 & カルピス. For me, Lurpak has no taste, just oily. As for packed butter served at morning buffet or in the plane, I prefer the one with blue aluminum label.
