Spicy combination Chili Beans

boneless chicken

grab a pressure cooker, fill it up with water half way. Then you pour the Red beans.

Note: The best way to have the red beans very soft is if you leave the beans in a container soaked with water for the whole night.

Cut the onions, and garlic and the 4 Chile Serrano in half and once you have done so place it inside along with the beans. Add the salt and black pepper. Close the lid and leave it cooking for 50m .
Leave it cooking on high volume.

On a separate frying pan, put some oil and move it around so that the entire pan is filled with the oil. Cut the organic boneless chicken, green scallions, onions and garlic in squares finely chopped. Turn on the fire to low temperature. Cook for 28m

on a medium pot, fill it up with some oil. Then before putting the rice inside, wash the rice thoroughly until clean. Cut some onions and garlic until finely chopped.

Once everything is done then you place the rice, the onion and the garlic inside the pot with the oil and you leave it frying until you see the garlic a bit gold. Then you fill up the pot with water half way. Add the salt and black pepper.

Close the lid and leave the rice cooking for 15-20m tops.

ポイント

This dish comes out very delicious once everything is ready. However though, the amount of Chile is totally your choice so not necessarily you need to put 4 Chile Serrano’s. It’s up to you.

Everything takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
