Middle Eastern Grilled Eggplant Salad

I found American eggplant at a grocery store in Japan and decided to make this dish. This easy salad has Middle Eastern flavors that I learned for the first time in NY. The combination of cumin, garlic, tahini, lemon, and Greek Yogurt are amazing!
