Prunes Mousse yoghurt;)

材料・調味料 (7 人分)
Natural yoghurt
1kg
Pitted prunes
300g
Sugar
1/2cup
Unflavored gelatin
2tbs

Soak prunes in warm water. With chopsticks, or blender, mix the yoghurt with prunes and sugar. Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water and heat. Join the gelatin to the mixture. Pour into cups or glasses and put into fridge to set. Serve cold with mint leaves and a piece of plum.
