Vegan "nachos" (gluten-free grain crackers topped with cashew cheese & black beans)

材料・調味料
Crackers of your choice
Cashews (soaked over night)
1 cup
Sea salt
To taste
Paprika
1tsp or to taste
Can of black beans
About half

To make cashew "cheese", place cashews, salt and paprika in a food possessor and blend until all ingredients are combined and it becomes a creamy texture.

Heat black beans in a sauce pan (or you can have them cold, if you prefer).

Take each cracker and spread with the "cheese". Top with some black beans & serve!
ポイント

If you prefer, you can always make your own gluten free crackers or if you find pre-made cashew cheese at a store you can buy it instead of making it. :)
