Chicken Udon Soup

This dish is simple and yet delicious. Make chicken broth separately and debone chickens thighs then pan seared with sesame oil. Once it's done take out chicken and in go the leek. Fry until it is all soft add the broth directly to the pot. When you cook your soup remember to cut some ginger and orange peels and add in the broth. So yummy!
