Cretan Dakos;)

材料・調味料
Round barley rusks (Dakos)

Tomatoes

Feta cheese
Extra virgin Olive oil
Oregano
Salt, pepper
Olives and capers for garnish
作り方

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes or if you want shred using large grater, add salt and pepper.

Apply the mixture upon Dakos.

If you find rusks too hard you can soften them by wetting with lemon water slightly before adding chopped tomato.

Sprinkle Dakos with grated feta and oregano on the top.

We finish adding Extra virgin olive oil, olives and capers.
