Okonomiyaki

Fish soup stock(hondashi)
3 table spoon
Cabbage
200h
Egg

Meat
Water(warm)
120ml
Okonomiyaki sauce
Mayonnaise
作り方

Cut cabbage into very small pieces

Mix flour, water, hondashi and egg yolk in a bowl.

Add cabbage and meat into the bowl.

Beat end white and make meringue.

Add meringue into the bowl.

Heat flying pan and pour mixture.

Turn it over when it became brown and head the other side.

Put sauce and mayonnaise on the top.
