When the chicken is good quality,simply have it poached would be good enough,paired with some beautiful sauces and you have a great dish!We do similar cooking in Canton and south east Asia,I am addicted to it!Your chicken breast looks tender and delicious,makes good sense to serves with 甜麵醬 too!This won't last in my fridge for long,I will finish soon!

香味野菜はネギ、セロリ、人参の皮など適当で良し。クイックレシピで気に入ってます。
甜麺醤がとても合うし、もうひとつはスイートチリソースとパクチーだよ🌿これもとても美味しい!
