Slani kuglof sa paprika;) Savoury kuglof with paprika;)

材料・調味料 (8 人分)
17-18cm: Bread flour
500g
Sugar
1tsp
Salt
1tsp
Dry yeast
10g
Warm milk
200ml
Olive oil
50ml
Eggs
2pcs
Red paprika chopped
1pcs
Leak chopped
1pcs
Sesame, poppy seeds(optional)
Handful
Egg white beaten

In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients.

Whisk the eggs and them to the bowl. Gradually add warm milk and olive oil kneading until smooth.

Cover with kitchen towel and leave in the warm place to raise for 30min.

Preheat the oven to 200C.

Take the dough out and place on the floured surface. Spread with a rolling pin.

Sprinkle paprika and leak and roll the dough.

Oil and flour the kuglof springform and place the dough roll in.

Beat the egg white, brush over the dough and sprinkle sesame and poppy seeds over it. Leave for 15min to rest.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30min.(55mi. )
