Take a Pan and turn on the flame. Now add the flour and dry roast it untill the color changes to brown(completely roasted). Put it into a big bowl.Keep it aside to cool down.Now,in the same pan,add 1 bowl of water and 1 bowl of sugar.

Boil water and sugar and on the other hand, add 2 cup of water into roasted flour and stir it to no lumps(add water in 6-7 times, do not add full water in one time).

Take a lagre size plate and grease it with clarified butter. Now,add this no lump flour liquid into the boiled sugar water.Add 4 tbsp of clarified butter into it. Stir it continously.

Now,the consistency will get thicker and the mixture will leave the Pan. Now put this halwa mixture in greased plate and spread it in a circle. Leave it for 40 mints.

Now cut it into desire shaped pieces and decorate it with dry fruits.I have used roasted almonds, cashewnut can also be used. Enjoy it is super yummy and buttery soft.
