Big fail with the yuba...
Needed those soft and fresh yuba for this one,but I couldn't get it here,so I tried to made from scratch using soy milk,I overestimated my ability...It doesn't look good but tasted all right,any good method is welcome.
Fresh wasabi is essential here.

Unbelievable sight!....but It's possible story if that's you because you made me surprise at beautiful Sakura udon before...😌Tho I can't see what is fail,I can imagine this taste was flawless! I think slightly melted yuba is rather good for noodles😋🎶I can't resist cold soba during summer,I wanna eat yuba soba now〜💕I was glad to hear you got fresh wasabi in there.wasabi is something that Japan boasts about to the world!
Needless to say..The plates or your presentation is 超渋い😍💕(渋い shibui ≈ Super tasteful)

Can't buy those beautiful soft yuba here,so I decided to make for myself,luckily we have Japanese style soy milk here.But I hope someone teach me proper way to make them,mine took so long because every sheet is so thin,I lost patience,and final result is such a mess,however,it still tastes good with soba.I actually never had this before,I just saw a photo of it and I thought it is interesting.My luck too we have fresh wasabi,you always emphasize how good it is ,and I am totally buying you!Thank you x 10000 got great tips and boasting my confidence!It's Kojima san's plate,it's about time I should get more,they always go with my cooking,please let me know when I should!

I think your method was right if you used pure soy milk.You probably get thick one if you give it time to make👌🎶Since I've a hasty temper I can't make home made stuff..😁💦I think you'll get raw Yuba in japan until your next try😊 sure thing,I'll tell you his exhibition when it announced! Thanks🎶
