Sautéed cabbage

cabbage
1tablespoonoliveoil
1preserved
lemon
Saltandpepperto

Chop cabbage either by hand or using a food processor.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat.

Add cabbage. Sauté, stirring frequently, for about 10-15 minutes or until the cabbage is tender and starting to brown in spots.

Mince the preserved lemon. Stir into the cabbage and let the flavors meld for a minute or two.

Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
