20cm mold/Cheese dough

Poppy dough:

Raspberry sauce:
Raspberries

作り方

Cheese dough:
Mix eggs and sugar well until it get pale colour, slowly add the cottage cheese and oil, then add cornstarch, flower and baking powder. Add Vanilla extract.
(Mix flour, cornstarch and baking powder before add cheese mixture.)

Poppy dough:
Mix eggs and sugar well until it gets pale colour, pour the oil and add a poppy mass spoon by spoon. Mix the flour, and baking powder and add poppy mixture.

Grease oil into cake mold. At the center of the mold pour 3tbs of cheese dough, and 3tbs of poppy dough, and continue until finished.

Preheat the oven 200C, put the cake and 60-70min. After 30min, cover the cake by aluminum foil.
Cool down.

Raspberry sauce:
Put raspberries into small pan and add sugar. Stir constantly. When raspberries get softer, get rid of the seeds.
Boil them until thicken.
When the sauce is thicken and shining, pour on the top of cake.
ポイント

Poppy mass:
Prepare boiled water and pour the poppy seeds and leave it for 20min for wash the seeds. Drain the water and wash a couple of times.
Pour warm milk into washed poppy seeds pan to cover them and add little of butter, sugar and honey to taste. Put it on low heat and cook them until the liquid is gone. And blend it well.
