あ〜ナポリピッツァが食べたいわ〜
お台所に石窯作ろうかしらん?ってお考えの方はちょっと待って下さい‼
それっぽいものはできるかも⁇

私は時間がない時はピザはフライパンで焼いてます♪♪ 火力が強いのでクラストがパリっと生地はふっくら出来ます〜♪ 表面は必殺バーナーです!

ピザ生地はバケット生地で 吸水率65%くらいでオリーブ油を少し入れました〜o(^▽^)o
スゴイー👀お店のピザみたい!!
必殺バーナーが効いてるねー💖
私はしめ鯖を炙ろうかとバーナー購入検討中やったけどピザにも使えるね〜♪
でも生地とか作ったことないのだけどね(^^;;

Looking at this l am so jealous!For years I have been trying to make pizza at home and I have worked out something quite good,nice dough and with crispy crust underneath,but I could never get the dark spots on top like this!This is crazy good!!

You just amaze me everyday!I looked at this airy and puffy dough and I thought it must be stretched by hand,but how did you learn things like this!!?And it's in a perfect circle!!I had to work in a professional kitchen to learn this!I love pizza and I do this regularly at home,with a pizza stone,not
exactly pizzeria quality(it needs 450-500degrees oven!),but it's not bad.I'll try your method next time!
