Loaded Veggie Burger

材料・調味料 (1 人分)
Buns
1
Organic veggie patty
1
Natural butter
2 tbsp
Tomato
2 thin slices
Sliced avocado
Half
Roast red pepper
1 or 2 pieces
Spinach
Small handful
Baby kale
Small handful
Homemade garlic/yogurt spread
1 tbsp
Chopped scallions
2 tbsp
Homemade ketchup
作り方

Turn stove on and heat shallow pan on medium high heat. Butter buns and let toast on both sides.

Remove toasted buns and set aside. Add a tsp of butter in pan and cook veggie patty until crispy and heated through.

Remove patty and place on buns and layer on veggies one by one.

Add the top bun with the garlic/yogurt spread and homemade ketchup and enjoy :)
