I made a big pot of sauce today so I can saved up for the next cook. Used pure tamarind with seed and boil them with water until it dissolve then remove the seed and pulps. Add fish sauce, palm sugar, white, sugar and honey, fish sauce, salt and tiny bit of crushed red pepper.
