ゆべし（Yubeshi）

Yubeshi (柚餅子) is a Japanese confectionery which is made using Yuzu, citron.
Each region has its own Yubeshi, there is a difference in ingredients and appearance.
Yubeshi in the Tohoku region such as Sendai, does not contain Yuzu.
