Cantonese " Chee cheong fun" (rice rolls)【豬腸粉】is a popular breakfast in Hong Kong.

Rice rolls mixed with sweet bean paste, sesame paste, hot lard, soy sauce, sesame seeds……delicious.

I didn't know rice rolls were made with hot lard...no wonder they taste so delicious.
