[makes 2 trays] *Buy round shaped Yam. Cut into cubes.
Flour mixture: 2 bowls rice flour 3.5 tablespoons corn flour 4 bowls water 2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon flat white pepper 1 tablespoon 5 spice powder
5 tablespoons oil to pan fry blended mushroom stalks & yam cubes. Add 1 teaspoon salt
Add in flour mixture to yam & stir with medium fire till thick. Spread oil on pan before pouring hot mixture in. Steam for 1hour. Set aside to cool before cutting.
Toppings: 1. Pan fry pickled vege with sesame oil & sugar. (Wash & soak with water > drain before frying) 2. Baby celery & red chilies finely chopped
