Poppy seed and yuzu roll

Poppy seed and lemon goes together pretty well,so I thought replacing lemon with yuzu should work too.

其實也沒有太在意甚麼品種的 poppy seeds,因為在一間專門售賣東南亞香料的店舖買的，可能正是馬來西亞的藍色品種，也香氣十足的，應該是上佳貨色，まちこ需要的話，隨時可以寄一些給你，不用客氣的！
對，竹匾是在日本買的，很喜歡這個設計，雖然不便宜的，也買了兩只，很後悔沒有把最大的一拼帶回家，上次去的時候，再也找不到了...事情往往是這樣的..

原來罌粟籽黃色的藍色的都沒有味道上的差別。在日本，黃色的罌粟籽很普及，比方說豆沙麵包上常常撒些罌粟籽。我特別喜歡撒罌粟籽的麵包，一看到撒罌粟籽的麵包，不管那是什麼種類的麵包都要買！
我從來在歐美甜品的圖書上就見過幾次用藍罌粟籽的甜品，一直興致勃勃的。去年年底給一些食品店打電話調查那家食品店售賣著藍罌粟籽，可暫時沒去，昨天終於去買回來了。

你們在日本買的poppy seed 應該就是ケシの実吧，也是放在'松風'上的東西。很久之前我便從書中接觸到ケシの実，但一直沒有在意，後來Yukari 用了它和味噌做燒豬排，我才認真找找它的資料，後來發覺原來是poppyseed,在香港也不難找的，我到印度商店買的正是黃色的那些，跟著便做了豬排和甜的松風。我覺得味道也委實不錯的，跟藍色差不多。
太好了，終於買到藍色的，期待著你的作品！
日本的手做工藝品真的有㸃貴，但品質有保證，用久了還可保持完好的，我會衡量過價值，有需要時常用的話，價錢不過分，我還樂意購買的！
