Poppy seed and lemon goes together pretty well,so I thought replacing lemon with yuzu should work too.

其實也沒有太在意甚麼品種的 poppy seeds,因為在一間專門售賣東南亞香料的店舖買的,可能正是馬來西亞的藍色品種,也香氣十足的,應該是上佳貨色,まちこ需要的話,隨時可以寄一些給你,不用客氣的!
對,竹匾是在日本買的,很喜歡這個設計,雖然不便宜的,也買了兩只,很後悔沒有把最大的一拼帶回家,上次去的時候,再也找不到了...事情往往是這樣的..

I did't know there is a poppyseed lemon cake selling at Starbucks,but that must be good,I will look out for that!I had very good memories with poppyseed and lemon muffins,there is a place that makes really good ones here,I tried making but they were never as good!

謝謝! 你真親切! 但其實我看到這張照片後受了刺激,昨天去東京購買了蓝罂粟籽😅
原來罌粟籽黃色的藍色的都沒有味道上的差別。在日本,黃色的罌粟籽很普及,比方說豆沙麵包上常常撒些罌粟籽。我特別喜歡撒罌粟籽的麵包,一看到撒罌粟籽的麵包,不管那是什麼種類的麵包都要買!
我從來在歐美甜品的圖書上就見過幾次用藍罌粟籽的甜品,一直興致勃勃的。去年年底給一些食品店打電話調查那家食品店售賣著藍罌粟籽,可暫時沒去,昨天終於去買回來了。
對! 日本匠人做的這些手工藝品夠貴的!😩 真是好貨不便宜,便宜沒好貨。我不敢買⋯
問你一下,你這些麵包是放柚子皮的,而沒放柚子果汁嗎?

你們在日本買的poppy seed 應該就是ケシの実吧,也是放在'松風'上的東西。很久之前我便從書中接觸到ケシの実,但一直沒有在意,後來Yukari 用了它和味噌做燒豬排,我才認真找找它的資料,後來發覺原來是poppyseed,在香港也不難找的,我到印度商店買的正是黃色的那些,跟著便做了豬排和甜的松風。我覺得味道也委實不錯的,跟藍色差不多。
太好了,終於買到藍色的,期待著你的作品!
日本的手做工藝品真的有㸃貴,但品質有保證,用久了還可保持完好的,我會衡量過價值,有需要時常用的話,價錢不過分,我還樂意購買的!
麵包裏沒放柚子汁,好不太喜歡酸的麵包,只放了乾的柚子皮,在富澤商店買的,你應該認識吧!
