材料・調味料 (6 人分)
Large Aubergine
2-3pc
Sesame paste (tahini)
3tbs
Lemon juice
1/2pc
Yoghurt
1/2cup(1/2 of Aubergine)
Minced garlic
2tsp
Salt
To taste
Parsley, chopped
Paprika powder
1tsp
作り方

Wash the Aubergine and make holes with a fork.

Put the Aubergine in the oven ( fish grill), until the skin get burned.

After cooked, peel the Aubergine skin well immediately.

Crush the Aubergine using blender and add the tahini, salt, lemon juice, garlic and yoghurt.

Serve with oil, parsley and paprika powder.
