I remember putting béchamel sauce and some ground beef at least. To be honest, it looked much better than it was. Lol it was my first attempt and it turned out a little too bland. I tried seasoning the pumpkin but it didn't really penetrate the tough flesh per se.

I wanna try shrimp next time tho
