Butter

Mushroom, sliced

Garlic
6cloves
Salt and pepper

Heat the olive oil and butter in a medium skillet over low heat, and sauté garlic for 2 minutes. Add mushroom and cook until they release their juice and are tender and lightly browned, about 5minutes. Season with salt and pepper, remove from heat and set aside.
