Meatballs with Rice

Mince
500g
Tomato Paste
3tbsp
Corn Cous Cous
4 tbsp
Valencian Paella Cous Cous Blend (YIAH)
1-2 tbsp
Egg

Mix all ingredients together and keep in fridge for 30 minutes or longer if possible.

Roll into balls and coat in flour.

Brown in pan with a little oil.
ポイント

For a sauce I used 1 can of crushed tomatoes 2 tsp of Valencian Paella blend and 2tbsp of double cream.
