Ginger + water and blender then pour in the pork rib mix well put inside the fridge about 2 hour. Then just take out the pork rib then add in a bit the corn flour then fry it until golden brown. ( just add 1 tbsp cooking oil )

Then add in garlic fried a bit then add on black vinegar, rice vinegar, soya sauce, sour plum sauce, cinnamon powder, black sauce, water, rock sugar then cover the lib till cook.

When the sauce become thicker add on the chilli peppers and fried a bit....then ... ready & eat
