うんうん、お醤油というよりドレッシング感があるから金平とかは普通のお醤油、お刺身とか冷や奴とか調理せずにそのまま絡めたりするソースならロブション醤油のほうが醤油の強さやしょっぱさがなくて良いかなぁと♡

I have been seeing this Robuchon produced soy sauce all over SD,I wonder how it is...not something that would come from the Robuchon brand,I doubt if I could buy here...

yes, it's very tasty not only just mellow but also has a light & deep texture with an excellent flavor.
Passing for a month, I love to using it for making a dressing stuff or a soy sauce mixture to put in a dish.
I also want you to try this simple say sauce soon!!(if it's not inconvenient for you,I should like to send you!)
