新ジャガとラクレットと見切れたガレット☆

小分けでラクレットチーズを買えたので 🎶 茹でたジャガイモに掛けただけのシンプルな料理です🎶
これ美味し〜😍
見えてないけど、隣は蕎麦粉のガレットです。キャラメリゼしたリンゴとベーコンのです。

fresh salmon inherent is ridiculously expensive,and not the best quality too.It must be easier for you there!

galette clearly.This picture(part of galette) was fogged owing to halation.i did trimming and did refocused to cheese😁Galette was not too bad,but I should have to omit caramelized apple.. It was too much sweet. Next time,I'll make more orthodox galette! I want to see yours too! Please😊🙏
