Tiramisu

レシピ
材料・調味料 (8 人分)
Egg yolk
6
Egg white
3
White sugar
6 Tbsp
Mascarpone cheese
220 g
Rum or Amaretto liquor
2 Tbsp
Strong coffee or Espresso
2 cups
Lady finger cookies
2 dozen
Cocoa powder
Grated dark chocolate
作り方

Beat yolk with sugar till it thick and pale colour. Mix in mascarpone cheese.

Beat egg white till stiff peak. Slowly fold in the yolk and mascarpone mixture in.

Put rum or Amaretto liquor in to coffee. Put lady finger to soak the coffee mixture for 2-3 sec each, arrange into a tray.

Layer the lady finger then the mascarpone mixture, dust with cocoa powder. For about 2-3 layers.

Covered with plastic wrap, into the fridge for 4 hours. Top whit grated chocolate and cocoa powder, serve cool.
ポイント

Mascarpone cheese must be room temperature to easily combine with yolk.
