Nizza-Salad

材料・調味料 (1 人分)
green beans (canned)
110g
salad leaves
3 or 4
tuna (canned)
80g
boiled egg

red onion (small)

tomatoe (small)

black olives

capers
1 tbsp
mustard
1 tbsp
salt and pepper
balsamic vinegar (white)
1 tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp
vegetable stock (instant)
作り方

Drain the green beans using a sieve.

Pluck the salad leaves into small pieces.

Drain tuna and divide into smaller pieces as well.

Cut the egg into slices, onion into rings, divide tomatoe into four and halve olives.

Coarsely chop capers and mix salt, pepper, mustard, vinegar, stock and oil to get a vinaigrette.

Combine vegetables and vinaigrette - and enjoy your healthy meal!
