Dough Mix the warm milk with dry yeast and sugar. In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients together with the warm milk mixture. Knead very well and let it rest for a short time in a warm place.

Filling Grate the apple. In a pan, put oil, grated apple, sugar and fry it until the mixture is not watery (becomes thick). In the end add vanilla essence and cinnamon and let it cool down.

Strudel On the rolled dough, add the apple mixture, roll it. Spread raw egg on it and bake it at 180C for for around 40min.
